These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Debzy Inc. ("Debzy", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms, together with any additional policies referenced herein—including Debzy’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any supplemental terms—govern your access to and use of our website and the tools, features, and services we offer (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including but not limited to visitors, customers, vendors, designers, and contributors of content.
For the purposes of these Terms, a "Design" refers to any file, drawing, physical template, or other creative material you provide to Debzy, whether submitted through the Site, email, or other approved methods. You must possess the legal rights required to submit any Design for use with our Services.
We reserve the right to deny access to the Site or any Services for the following reasons: (1) violation of these Terms; (2) interfering with other users’ enjoyment of the Services; (3) infringing the rights of others; or (4) any other reason that may, in our sole discretion, negatively impact our business, reputation, or community.
New features or tools added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.
Debzy’s Services allow you to:
Create an account,
Upload Designs,
Submit physical templates or drawings containing your Designs,
Place orders incorporating your Designs,
Offer your Designs for sale through our Marketplace (if enabled).
After manufacturing your items according to your order, we will ship them to the address you provide. Local pickup may be available in certain cases.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
When you use our Design Services, Debzy may create a digital design file based on your submitted Design (the "Design File"). You retain ownership of your original Design; however, Debzy owns the Design File. We will use the Design File solely to fulfill your orders or Marketplace participation, if applicable.
We may archive Design Files as a courtesy, but we do not guarantee retention, accuracy, or availability of these files. Any physical materials you send (drawings, templates, etc.) will not be returned.
The Marketplace allows designers to sell manufactured products based on their Designs directly to customers.
To participate, you must:
Enable Marketplace Services through your Debzy account,
Certify compliance with all applicable terms,
Be an individual user (not a corporate or service-provider account),
Hold the appropriate rights to the Designs you offer,
Have previously ordered at least one manufactured copy of each Design.
You may upload photos, descriptions, and other information when listing Marketplace items. Debzy reviews submissions for compliance and may reject items that violate our policies.
Designers set the total price of their products, which includes:
Base manufacturing cost,
Debzy’s markup,
The designer’s earnings (“Designer Portion”).
Payments of the Designer Portion are issued within 60 days after a sale, provided the return period has expired. Valid payout accounts (e.g., PayPal) must be maintained.
Debzy makes no guarantees about sales volume or product performance and provides products as-is.
Marketplace purchases are subject to all applicable Terms.
Your use of the Services involves the collection and processing of personal data. All personal information submitted to Debzy is governed by our Privacy Policy.
GDPR Note: If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions providing enhanced data rights, Debzy will honor all legally required rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, and data portability, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of intellectual property rights in your Designs. Debzy will not sell, publish, or distribute your Designs for profit without your consent.
By uploading a Design, you grant Debzy permission to use it solely for manufacturing your order. If you choose to participate in the Marketplace, you grant us permission to manufacture and sell resulting products.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders suspected of violating third-party rights. Repeat violations may result in account termination.
You may also provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas (“Feedback”). By submitting Feedback, you grant Debzy a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use and incorporate it into the Services.
You certify that any Design submitted to Debzy:
Complies with all applicable laws,
Contains no abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive materials,
Does not infringe any intellectual property rights,
Is not intended for illegal drug distribution or controlled substances,
Is not intended as an illegal weapon, firearm component, or other prohibited item.
For Marketplace Designs, you additionally agree that the Design is not intended for use:
As a structural vehicle component,
In hazardous or mission-critical environments,
In fail-safe or high‑reliability applications.
Debzy may cancel orders that violate this policy, with or without refund depending on production status.
To place an order, you must create an account and ensure your Design complies with our guidelines. You are solely responsible for selecting materials, verifying dimensions, and ensuring the suitability of your Design.
Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
Pricing includes materials, labor, and shipping unless otherwise stated. Prices may change based on material or commodity costs but do not affect completed or in‑progress orders.
Debzy accepts major credit cards and PayPal. You must keep payment information accurate and current.
Shipping notifications and tracking will be provided once orders ship. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup.
Orders cannot be canceled once production begins. For defective or incorrect parts, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements will be evaluated case‑by‑case.
Do not return any items unless instructed.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our express written consent.
Our Site may contain links or materials from third parties. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or any damages resulting from third‑party interactions.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site at any time. Information may be updated without notice.
All Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Debzy does not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure operation of the Services.
Debzy’s liability is limited to the greater of:
$100,
The price paid for the item and original shipping, or
The amount you paid Debzy for the order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Debzy, its affiliates, and personnel from claims arising out of:
Your breach of these Terms,
Use or misuse of the Services,
Use of your Designs by you or third parties,
Infringement of others’ rights,
Violation of law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Debzy and supersede any prior agreements. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Nevada, USA.
We may update or replace these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Site and, when appropriate, notifying users by email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
