If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include clear photos of the parts received. Our team will review your case and work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include:

A full or partial refund
Our refund/return window lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
Items must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
Photographs of damage or defects may be requested in place of returning the item.
A valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase is required.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards
Promotional or discontinued items
Certain situations may qualify only for a partial refund, including:
Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Misuse or abuse of the product
Incorrect material selection by the customer
Minor surface imperfections on raw materials
Minor surface oxidation on raw materials
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days, though your bank or card provider may require additional time.

In most refund cases, we may ask you to recycle unusable parts instead of returning them.
