Refund Policy

At Debzy, we aim to deliver high‑quality parts with every order. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued and how to request them.


1. Refunds & Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include clear photos of the parts received. Our team will review your case and work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund

Our refund/return window lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Photographs of damage or defects may be requested in place of returning the item.

  • A valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase is required.


2. Non‑Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discontinued items


3. Situations Eligible for Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Certain situations may qualify only for a partial refund, including:

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Misuse or abuse of the product

  • Incorrect material selection by the customer

  • Minor surface imperfections on raw materials

  • Minor surface oxidation on raw materials

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days, though your bank or card provider may require additional time.


5. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank—additional processing time may apply.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.


6. Shipping for Returns

In most refund cases, we may ask you to recycle unusable parts instead of returning them.

If a return is required, our support team will provide instructions, including any shipping details.
