Project Overview
Partition Planters is a flexible vertical greening solution designed for a tech startup office, serving as both a spatial divider and a dynamic biophilic feature. The installation consists of stacked planter boxes arranged along a custom steel structure, with an integrated storage box at the base. Engineered to balance function and mobility, the design addresses a key challenge: offsetting the weight of elevated planters to ensure stability while mounted on swivel casters. By incorporating a heavily weighted storage base, the center of gravity was intentionally lowered to allow safe, smooth movement throughout the office. Blending greenery with purposeful design, Partition Planters brings warmth, texture, and adaptability to the modern workspace — offering privacy, flexibility, and a daily connection to nature.
